Handy location right at the side of the busy A77, right next to Kilmarnock, 15 minutes from Ayr and 25 minutes from Glasgow.Garage/ services and McDonald's (if you like that junk) also on the same lot so all in all a very handy location.I wouldn't let you kinda wander outside alone though simply because the car park is always very busy due to it being shared by McDonald's and there are 2 very busy main roads with the on and off ramps for both directions on the A77 next to it also making the nearby roads extremely dangerous for children on their own.

Convenient location, reasonably priced, welcoming staff, hot water for a soak in the bath, comfy bed, quiet rooms.The only negative is nowhere on site to have a proper breakfast (unless you want a McD! ?)

Couldn?t ask for more, the rooms were clean, comfy beds, spacious bedrooms! The staff were so accommodating and so welcoming. One night me and my partner ran out of towels and toilet roll as we forgot to put our sign up during the day and it was no trouble at all for him to get us those things. He was so lovely towards everyone and made everyone feel welcoming. Same goes for the two girls, I believe one is called Tracey and I can?t quite remember the other girls name they were so lovely and had a great laugh with them during the day. Would definitely stay again.Rooms: The rooms were clean which is all you need to put your head down for a few nights. Not only that, but the rooms had two extra pillows if needed and the beds were very comfy. Me and my partners view from the window had us looking at the fence however during the days you could see bunny rabbits we saw three in total playing with each other which was a lovely view.Nearby activities: Dean castle is near by, we took a trip down there it was beautiful.Safety: Felt so safe here, everyone has their own key and a fob.Food & drinks: McDonald?s is across the way from the hotel along with a subway, Greggs and a Londis. The hotel does breakfast, with additional charge however a vending machine in reception filled with all didfreng snacks. The machine takes card and cash too.Noteworthy details: The staff make the place! The cleaners are brillant at what they do, the receptionists are funny and love a great laugh. They?re so accommodating and they are really friendly too.

Rooms: Just what you expect from a premier inn. Comfortable king size bed in a very decent sized room. Subway, Gregg's and McDonald's close. Sometimes McDonald's customers park in the car park but they dont stay too long

Situated close to amenities, all you can eat 0.8m from place....a must tryRooms seem basic and slight odour to some, although rooms were clean and tidy.

Lady at reception was welcoming and friendly, room was clean and tidy.(remote control for tv was a bit grubby ) Parking was a bit of a challenge due to Mc Donalds customers, feel there should be seperate parking for guests. A bit noisy with window open a little but ok when closed .. expected worse to be honest so wouls stay

Another bargain price accomodation.... clean well pointed rooms. Good location for traveling through or a base. Plenty of facilities in area. Friendly helpful staff. We stayed 2 nights having a day on the isle of Arran.
