Had Megan help out with me and my friends first snowboarding holiday which wasn?t sfmn that Megan had much experience in doing but everything was very well discussed and any questions she answered no bother, she also gave us a few different options on what was best for us. Overall good experience and communication was very good n she was very helpful.

Cannot recommend TUI Kilmarnock & Leeann enough for fantastic service when going on holiday. My parents have been booking with Leeann for years, from when she first started in travel & will continue to in future. My parents are rather technophobic and take alot of comfort in the face to face, in store experience of booking with Leeann, added with the reassurance of in-resort support from TUI if needed, she even goes as far as printing off all their paperwork & backup needed for the trip (thankyou!). They're very much creatures of habit but for each holiday, time is taken to understand what they want, their limitations & budgets and each time its been a great outcome.
