We were unable to find a receipt for our wallpaper, we were given store credit. We were served by a very cheerful and helpful lady at the till. The staff are always very pleasant, the store is clean, tidy and well stocked. I have mobility problems but the parking, entry and exit doors, and store layout are all very manageable.

I bought a garden storage box from B & Q for £55, it was labelled as weatherproof, it isn't! I went out today & my Flymo & Strimmer were wet after heavy rain last night, I phoned B & Q they weren't interested.
