Glacial! I made a claim with my insurer and this was the approved garage that I had to use. It took them 5 days from getting the car to start to look at it; that was two months ago and it's still not back. I'm expecting the work will be to a high standard (given the sum the insurers are picking up) but they've missed three 'deadlines' now...
