Had the misfortune to breakdown with a significant fuel leak on a Saturday lunchtime near Pitscottie in Fife.My breakdown insurance connected me to Fife Accident Repair Centre and the service we received couldn't have been better. The driver was Chris who arrived within 40 mins of our initial call.He was helpful, polite and efficient in diagnosing the problem and getting us , the car and our dogs home again safely and quickly.I note that there are some mixed reviews on here but I can only say that the service we received was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as a recovery service.

The most unhelpful lot I've had the misfortune to have to deal with.Police said we could get access to gather stuff out of it and get photos as per requested by insurance.Wouldn't even get the guys wallet and saying no one can get access not even the police! So getting police involved to get access.Ridiculous!!!!!! I'd avoid like the plague.

Broke down last week and these guys were out really quickly. Friendly, putting me at ease as I was stressed. Fixed at the roadside and even followed me halfway home until I was confident to carry on myself.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The weekend guy releasing cars needs to hussle a bit faster, 20 minutes to release one car is a bit tedious. Especially when you consider no one else was there.

My motorcycle broke down in Crieff yesterday and I was picked up by your driver who was a credit to your company and had an immaculate vehicle. He had the bike on the back of his truck in no time and transported me back to Melrose where I was staying, his expertise in strapping the bike down meant it did not move an inch. Please pass on my thanks, unfortunately I didn?t get his first name but his surname was Macdonald. (McDonald?)

Broken spring on my car forced me to call my independent breakdown insurance. FARC allocated the recovery who attended a mere 20 minutes later on a Sunday. Clean presentable truck with Richard driving. Very courteous professional service. Highly recommended.

Appalling service and treatment by this company after the courtesy car which I had been given by my insurers broke down, they towed it away within an hour of the breakdown while I was away getting help even though it was safely parked and then charged me £504 to recover it several days later. The manager with whom I had contact last week was rude, obstructive and would not even accept payment by debit or credit card. He clearly relished being as awkward as possible in order to maximise his exorbitant charges. In relation to the response dated 14th September 2021 below from the business owner in which he had the audacity to claim that I never used his establishment that is a blatant lie on his part. Indeed as he well knows I submitted complaints to the police, trading standards and Companies House drawing their attention to his company's sharp practices.

We broke down near Aberfoyle and the AA contacted Fife Accident Repair Centre. It was gone 1am by the time the recovery person came. He was so helpful and took his time to try and fix our van (which was not to be) and the waited with us till the taxi came. Wonderful service, thank you.
