The manger needs to work on his customer service. Purchased some games for my kids for Christmas while he was serving me he goes away to help another customer and left me for 10 mins or so. From a trade and retail back ground if you are serving a customer you don?t leave them until you are finished with your customer

Ive recently went off GAME after problems at other branches of this company. However the staff at this branch are great. Also helpful and friendly, and happy to have a quick chat about products even if you dont plan on buying that day. This is probably the only GAME store I actually like to visit.
