Phoned last night , Craig walked me through on the phone how to fix my machine.Shure enough as he predicted the problem would be.My machine working again .I will surely use his service and recommend his company to anyone who appreciates a man who knows his craft.

I phoned Craig in late morning, and my machine was working by mid afternoon the same day.He was friendly, but most importantly came prepared after asking a few questions on the phone. He brought the most likely parts which meant he could fix it with one visit. Fixed and tested the machine. VERY happy with his service, and will certainly use him again and 100% recommend Craig to everyone.

Very helpful, called with an issue and actually helped over the phone as could fix myself... spoke to another guy before told him same thing and he was coming Tuesday and charging £60 just to arrive... absolutely recommend ?
