Most of the staff are very friendly, welcoming and highly professional, unfortunately it just takes one to spoil visiting the pharmacy for me. Ever since I've been with them I have never seen or heard her being polite to any customer, spoils my visit to the pharmacy she needs a lesson in manners.

Recently changed to Bannermans. First class customer service.Very polite and very efficient. Got me set up for their collection robot in less than a minute today. Keep up the good work guys.
