100%. Tried a range of things over the years: PT sessions and gym classes, bouldering, running, Bikram yoga, Muay Thai, and for me, I find that CF gives you the best results in the most efficient way.

joined 4 weeks ago after 4 years out and forgotten how much I missed CrossFit. well set up for social distancing and really encouraging coaches who (nicely) push you to do your best.
great community of people too, every class I've been to, a few folk have introduced themselves and help you out. You just don't get this level of support and community from a 'regular' gym and glad I started up again!

Amazing gym with great coaching staff who are always willing to help you improve and push you past what you thought you were capable of. Brilliant atmosphere with other members actually talking to you and having a laugh. A great place to work out and people to have a night out with.
