“Went to Lanark shop to purchase a paddling pool for grandkids today. There was one in stock but the argos system would not complete purchase for unknown reasons, which mystified the staff too. I can only thank the staff who were serving me because they and the manager did all they could to rectify this situation. It took a bit of time but they managed to sort the issue and I left with said paddling pool....much to the pleasure of my grandkids! Many thanks”
