I was in having some lunch over the weekend, I couldn’t recommend the place more. Lovely atmosphere, delicious food the staff were so helpful and a great laugh AND they are dog friendly. Can’t wait to come back again soon.

The pub was very lively, we picked this pub as it was advertised as dog friendly, on arrival our dog was given a bowl of water which was much appreciated, unfortunately we had to deal with a publican that had one to many to drink and frightened our dog (basically would not leave her alone and kept getting in her face),... read full comment
The Four Marys is a historic pub dating back to the 1500s. In fact, it’s named after four ladies in waiting to Mary Queen of Scots – who was a local girl herself.
