    Store lack the technical capabilities to deal with watches, especially luxury watches such as Tudor. Couldn’t change over a hybrid strap to a bracelet on a Tudor.     My wife put my wedding ring in to be refurbished as our tenth wedding anniversary is coming up, they sent the ring away and it was destroyed, rather than trying to get it fixed they tried to buy me off i emailed Blackburn the CEO and she could not even be bothered to acknowledge my email, now Iam left without my wedding... read full comment

    Had a terrible experience in this store. Bought a £75 leather bracelet , colouring came off it in 1 day of office wear . No fix or interest from the staff . Totally different attitude from the tone in selling the product . SO UNPROFESSIONAL AVOID.
