I have just returned from my contact lense review with Abigail Lavery. She was amazing, calm and professional (i had my very chatty neice with me), explained everything thoroughly. Abigail is new, so my appointment was longer than normal, which was agreed before the day (even though they had me in system as Michael not Michelle which kinda made me a annoyed, but errors happen). Thank you for your patience and kindness.
