Booked an appointment for baby piercing for 12 o'clock There was different time, 12.30 in the confirmation text.We managed our day around this appointment to get there.The manager informed us that our appointment was half an hour ago, she didn't know how I got the wrong time in the text (obviously it wasn't me who sent it) and she couldn't do anything to help (she didn't show any sign of willing to do it).We got very upset and disappointed.This was an example of bad customer service.

Was served by a woman recently (didn't catch her name, however she was working around 1pm on Thursday 22nd) - was really helpful! Helped to make the most of the current promotions that were happening on that day
