“Great service and quality fitting at a very competitive price. Also very knowledgeable at what would work best in my room sizes as I was looking for a herringbone pattern. They installed Amtico and carpet throughout my whole house and did a really fantastic job. Janice couldn’t have been more helpful at arranging everything and I am very grateful to them for stepping in and putting themselves out at the last minute to help me when I was let down by another installer. Highly recommend.”

“I bought bedding online for myself and as a gift. When she took the bedding out of the bag, the cardboard round it ripped.I took it back to the shop as she didn't like it, with my order number, the assistant, was very rude to me and said I had taken it out and had it been used, I said no of course not its still wrapped the way it came, I explained about the cardboard and still she made me feel I was lying. She called her boss over she looked at it and said yes it's fine." She smiled at me and said she liked the colour. The assistant then changed her attitude towards me. I have never been so embarrassed and made to feel i was lying . I'm very disappointed.!!”
