They Advertise products at different prices to what is scanned at the till. No help or assistance when mistake is brought to their attention, they say there?s nothing they can do regardless is that?s what the label and sticker says on the product. This price was displayed amongst all console types and not just a one off mistake - £29.99 compared to £42 is a big difference.

What shop in their right mind puts game boxes on their shelves when they don't even stock the game. Ended up with one very upset 5 year old. I would not recommend going there.

I remember I went to this shop during the Black Friday in hope to get some good deals. When I asked the member of staff (I think her name was Rachel or Rebecca) if I can make a purchase (payment instalments) on the playstation, she immediately started to act in hostile manner, asking me question in REALLY mocking and patronising way questions such as "The form is in English" which I was ok with (well...duh, it better be) "How many years you are here?" My...entire life. "You must br employed" ...why wouldn't I be? She treated me like some tourist or con. When I answered all her question she was annoyed that my answers made me eligible so she just bursted out that absolutely no I cannot sign up for the payment plan because the que is too big and they have no time to handle doing that. She then walked away, and after a moment, she must have assumed that I left the store, I heard and saw the guy ask he about the very same thing and she almost dropped her pants for that guy, nodding, smiling, giggling and agreeing that absolutely yes they can do it and she lead him to the que without interviewing him with hundreds of questions that she asked me. Double standards, oh well, skirt on fire. I figured out, that, if there is enough time to process the guy's sale mine can be processed too, especially since I arrived way before the closing hours and way before that guy. I went to the que and Rebecca noticed me in it and got very annoyed with me. My family could tell from her expression alone how displeased she was that I didn't left the store and she kept looking at me and checking if I am in que. I tried to ignore it even tho, it was, honestly, weird af and it wasn't just how I felt but people noticed that too and felt it's cringy. Eventually I reached the front desk and asked if I can proceed with the sale. The guy said that sure, this can be done, took my ID and confirmed that my bank letter is alright and so is my address confirmation and the credit check was done and my documents scanned. As soon as credit check was done Rebecca lost her mind, she started to dash behind the cash desk back and forth, taking men behind the cash desk aside to whisper to them some thing and look at me. The guys were really chill and seemed to not agree at first but she was so persistent that in the end one of the guys went to me and said that sorry but my documents and proof of address are not good enough which was shocking as everybody's else were fine but not mine...(because they simply belonged to someone Rebecca decided to target). I was declined the sale which I can only assume was due to racial and xenophobic prejudice of that single staff member. There is no other explanation why I was targeted with such hostile attitude from Rachel despite me doing absolutely nothing but just wanting to buy playstation. I was calm, friendly and polite just trying to make purchase. The only reason why I wanted to buy PS with payment plan was due to purchase of property so my credit score was low and I wanted to build it back up. I still passed the credit check so my identity was verified but you know, that's typical day for immigrant in this country. I was told that my credit check wont be impacted but I worked at credit scoring company in UK so I knew it will be. It was. I was just very sad, the Game employees were always so nice and friendly and helpful whenever I went shopping and Rebecca was an absolute shame to this store. I hope she doesn't work there anymore because no one deserves to be treated this way. I worked in far past in retail and I know it's stressful environment but nothing excuses such behaviour. I dealt with REALLY nasty customers and I always acted kindly to them. It really doesn't take much effort for some basic human decency. If that women still works there, then I pity the other customers.
