I've been taking my car to HiQ Livingston for the last 5 years. I've been meaning to write this review for a while.They are the most honest and trustworthy garage I've ever used. They never do work to your car that doesn't need done - this is the reason they are always so busy, and its because they are the best at what they do.I wouldn't go anywhere else, and highly recommend.

Excellent service, found via Google after the local VW garage didn't have a slot available for nearly a week. Was able to pop in immediately. Friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended

Absolutely great staff especially the Rae, we were heading down south when my tire alarm went off I put air in at a garage but it was dark and I put in to much air and it was still reading faulty and I went to 3 quick fix and none of them could check until after 3 pm and it was just after 9am, but we here and were on our way with-in an hour and no charge

Been using them for several years on my different cars, always reliable with reasonable price, staff like Rae, Callum and all others are kind, nice & easy to cope with. Keep up the good work!

Very aggressive when questioned about the work carried out and when taken cars back to get them fixed again still not done had to take both my cars to a different garage and they had found bolts missing and done hand tight and have photos to prove ladies on reception very nice and polite

Very aggressive when questioned about their inability to complete a welding job, that they had charged for! An independent welder looked at the work carried out and stated that it was not a complete weld.They will be hearing from me in other formats!

Brilliant very helpful and happy to do so. When you hand your vehicle over to do something that you most likely know nothing about you leave yourself open to all sorts of scammers but at hiQ you really can be at ease as they are completely trustworthy and honest. I take my vans and cars here all the time and get great service every time.
