Shocking the way they treat transgender customers, clearly says Mr on my prescriptions and the staff proceed to loudly call me hen, honey so many times I lost count even after being corrected. Will go out of my way to avoid.

Queues are always huge and staff are always extremely unhelpful and have an attitude. They have loads of people standing about chatting so no shortage of staff! No understanding of the urgency of people requiring medication and very uncaring when they don't have something in.

Staff are extremely rude.I am currently ill and as a result can be confused at times. When I went to collect my prescription, the lady serving me snapped at me and rolled her eyes, telling me it would be an hour til prescriptions would be ready, before turning away from me.In the midst of confusion, I left the pharmacy and stood outside trying to understand what to do next.When I re entered the pharmacy, the same woman served me and immediately began laughing at me in an aggressive way, telling me she couldn?t understand why I had left.After leaving the store, she continued laughing and I could hear her bitching about me to other staff at the counter.I?m shocked and appalled by how rude and condescending this person was. I was in a state of confusion and illness, and her lack of customer service made me feel both small, belittled and upset.

Excellent customer service today by staff and pharmacist. I was told 30 minutes to wait and a lovely lady got me a seat and I had my antibiotics in minutes.Never been treated so lovely as I was today and it was very much appreciated. Well done to both of them. I never got their names but the lady was talking about her family going cycling.Please keep up the fab customer service.

Sometimes can be a queue but they usually are quick efficient and polite

I had visited my GP more than 3 months ago, and my GP prescribed the medicine for me. I went to this Morrisons Pharmacy at least 3 times within the following one month to ask for the prescribed medicine, however, each time they answered me that the medicine was not ready, and they would contact me once the medicine was available. Now several months have passed, they never contacted me for my prescribed medicine. I felt very disappointed with their unprofessional and poor service.

Certainly doesn't open at 8am.Perhaps the premises needs to update its opening hours on Google.Arrived at 8am shutters firmly closed with no visible lights on.

I was banned from this pharmacy for complaining about them messing up my prescription for the umpteenth time.Having managed 37 years of life not once having being accused of "being aggressive", I was taken aback by this.They don't listen to any criticism and play the "we're NHS heroes" card when you dare to suggest that they might not be doing things in the most efficient manner.When I told the chap I'd just moved to Livingston and was offered a much better service where I'm from, he genuinely said "then I suggest you move back to where you came from".I tried complaining but had spent £30 on phone bills before discovering that all complaints go back to the manager who banned me.

Only recently started using this pharmacy. Very slow. 15 to 20 mins just to collect prescription. Even worse now (Aug 22). Instead of 8am to 8pm it's now 9am till 1pm. An hour for lunch, the 2pm till 6pm.

This pharmacy is steadily getting worse as each year passes. I've been unfortunate to have had Carmondean as my local pharmacy for over 10 years but will be actively avoiding this joke of a shop from now on.There are one or two good staff but the number of mistakes made, the lethargy of staff, the delay in prescriptions and the general negative atmosphere means I will be avoiding this place as much as possible.The place is well overdue a complete revamp of their logistics and review of their disgraceful attitude to serving the customers.I had to give one star due to the system - it should have been minus 5.

We all know the pressure pharmacies are under right now , but this Morrisons one really needs to look at their performance. Surly staff, prescriptions regularly taking more than 5 days to fill, and often they can't fill the entire prescription. They clearly don't make them up until the customer comes in to collect. Worst of all is there is absolutely no sign of what action they are taking to resolve the many issues.

Excellent service. Moved from another pharmacy as this one was closer and as I am in most days I feel extremely welcomed from all the staff. Pharmacies have been very under pressure recently with dealing with prescription backlogs as well as trying to locate stock from different suppliers and I?m upset to have witnessed one girl being spoken to in a not very nice manner. I spoke to the girl after who told me they are the busiest Morrisons pharmacy in the UK and also short of staff. I think all pharmacies need to be praised more for roles they take on. Iv had no problems with any of the pharmacies iv used including Ladywell and Omnicare.
