One star is way more then they deserve. Served by lady called Dawn. She had no clue of the parcel sizes. Over charging try. Worst service ever. No wonder its sitting at 2.9 rating. Wondering how its still open with so much of bad service.

Queues usually massive. Got a nice quiet one today however staff were unbelievably rude.Abysmal service and totally unwilling to help out. Had a package that said either post office or royal mail and got lambasted about the differences between the two.

The worst post office in Livingston. Always a massive queue and the ladies that work here are very snappy and condescending. Absolutely dread being served by them they look so miserable.
