Got to say I was horrendously disappointed with the customer service today. The staff decided to have a chat and ignore us for 5 minutes before serving us and the lady at the post office had a horrible attitude and was extremely rude for no reason.

In Livingston, visiting family, I wanted to mail a parcel within Scotland, (much cheaper than mailing from Canada). Having searched on Google maps for the nearest post office, it looked to me like it was on the main street of the village. I walked over with my grandson and took my daughter?s dog remembering the policy toward pets accompanying people into shops is fairly welcoming in Europe. When I finally found it, it turned out the post office is actually in a convenience store around a corner off the main village street. I took the dog in with us and the woman politely told me because the post office was in a food shop, dogs were not permitted to come in. Good to know and my parcel was sent for a very reasonable price. I guess I didn?t read the map very well. Mea culpa.

Went to the post office asking to send a package 2nd class and post office clerk proceeded to put 1st class stamps. Told the worker they had put the wrong stamps and it wasn't what I asked for and they refused to change them claiming stamps were already on the envelope being deliberately unhelpful. This behaviour is illegal under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and I won't ever return to this post office and advise others to do likewise

Incredibly rude lady working at the post office, argumentative from the minute I arrived, left upset and without parcel sent.Will not go to this post office again.

The lady in the Post Office is the friendliest, most helpful person. I am not local and popped in with all sorts of complicated packages, incorrect postcodes, and general disorganisation. She was patient, friendly and incredibly helpful. Very impressed. The experience cheered up a tricky day.

Grocery Shop staff is frendly but postoffice borderline j..... women(gap in teeth) has no manner, rude and dont like working .She like to sit and get free money seems like .If you ask her to be polite she will start shouting on you and try to gather local guys to create scene/ fist fight.If you love your life and want to be with clean criminal record then avoid this postoffice .

No reason for Post Office to close at 1pm on Saturdays since it is now in Spar. Inconvenient for local people
