“Very happy the post office was opened on a saturday it basically it was my life saver being able to pay money in to my account to pay bills on a saturday while my bank was closed, i am exremely pleased the post doing a fantastic job and the staff are very friendly and very helpful and always have a smile”

“In Livingston, visiting family, I wanted to mail a parcel within Scotland, (much cheaper than mailing from Canada). Having searched on Google maps for the nearest post office, it looked to me like it was on the main street of the village. I walked over with my grandson and took my daughter’s dog remembering the policy toward pets accompanying people into shops is fairly welcoming in Europe. When I finally found it, it turned out the post office is actually in a convenience store around a corner off the main village street. I took the dog in with us and the woman politely told me because the post office was in a food shop, dogs were not permitted to come in. Good to know and my parcel was sent for a very reasonable price. I guess I didn’t read the map very well. Mea culpa.”
“quick and easy for dropping off parcels with qr code but went to fairbanks today 13th Nov but the machine for the qr code isn't working another of ppl in with parcels who were disappointed. this is totally unacceptable because fairbanks is the only sorting office in Livingston”

“Clean tidy....well stocked post office with general store attached with Ironmongers also... owners meticulous in keeping the place immaculate and prestine. So much so your kids will be reprimanded for your kids touching the sweets, Or fridges. Apart from tht a clean. Great place.”
