Was 1 of the top and end ups 1 of the worst. They can close or frozen your account and leaving you without your money without any explanation ,even if you call them email them or visit the branch they cant give any explanation, the said only wait someone from the central office will contact you and quess never happened.

This is the first time I have had an issue in 45years of banking with RBS because they have virtually made contact by phone impossible unless you have digital banking arrangementsWhats wrong with an individual speaking to you personally on the phoneNot everyone prefers this form of communication

Shocking customer service. A cashier today called a friend of mine silly, told my friend to use the app instead of bothering them with the issue and her attitude was absolutely ridiculous.

This bank does not give out cash at the counter on Saturdays. The girl at the door greeting customers was surprised a customer didn't know this and more over, wanted to withdraw cash at the weekend.

Branches closed in Fauldhouse, Shotts, Harthill, Whitburn and West Calder so you'd think they would make the trip to one of the few branches open perfect. On a positive note the money counting machine is great and the person who asks you what you are waiting for is a good idea as they deal with the simpler transactions. I have to add though, that having 2 people on the desks is too little first thing in the morning and opening at 915 is a horrendous decision as people need to get to work. I have experienced the even being late in opening. 10-15 mins on a few occasions including today. I am self employed and need to put money into my account that I can only do once a week now and when you are then made to wait till 915 or later to open then wait in a queue and if I ask someone to put money in for me they get told they can't cause it's not their account. From what I know you can deposit money in any account, but not take money out obviously. I did a survey for RBS a few months ago, but i have thought again about the service. Online banking is great but you can't pay in and so have to walk around with cash till you can get near a rare branch. Improve the service please ..I've been with RBS since I was 9 now 36.... Would not like to leave, but .....

Just arrived at bank to pay in cheque website says open till 5.30 place all locked up until shutter lifted, yeah we are closed now, website wrong. Yet another trip wasted, thanks again RBS
