Very friendly chaps. Couldn't fix the problem that I brought my car in for, but totally honest about it and unlike main dealers didn't charge a spurious "diagnostic fee". Wouldn't hesitate to come here again

Booked my car in for an oil change on the Haldex system as it had an issue. My mistake I got the day wrong, wee bit embarrassing but they called me and re booked the next day without any hassle. Great communication and no hassle at all. Job got done, the guys were happy to discuss it and talk over the tech details then when complete they provided photos to my email incase I need to uphold warranty etc. Friendly helpful service overall and much appreciated.Service: Transmission

A late review but a necessary one, I was recommend by a family member to Autohaus. I heard good reviews. Sadly I can't back that up in truth.I own 116D M sport 1 series. My car was the "drivetrain error" issue and was delivered to them by recovery as we had not yet established the issue also to prevent damage. So I expected a high estimate but it definitely surpassed even my estimate in total it was over £800,- Crankshaft sensor-Airflow mass sensor- Oil changeMy car returned and within the next week the fault was reocurring...not as persistent but still there. I let it slide as I thought they did their job. I returned for a MOT with an open mind, I asked for my windscreen jets to be unblocked on top of the MOT- Bearings- Blocked windscreen jetsSo fair enough the car needed this done I was charged for a new windscreen jet pump which was 100% the wrong option the pipes were blocked the pump was not at fault. So the issue wasn't fixed I had to go back. I also had to return as my steering aliment was majorly off.I got the car back, botched is an understatement. Sly would be the word, they had glued the windscreen clip & cut the pipe so every time the bonnet opens it stretches and therefore will not last.Ive now had my car fixed, The issue was certainly not Censors nor was it drivetrain issues. The real issue was in fact a faulty wire leading to the turbo. The conclusion was done by checking & deleting faults on the car to eliminate them with and upto dateOBD reader computer.A reputable & honest mechanic would have found this fault....however if the fault was too complex...the job should have been declined.Overall I am most displeased & much lighter in the pocket, I came to Autohaus with good reviews but sadly I feel they are more quantity rather than quality. They hadn't fixed my main issue and caused other issues. I can also say there mark up parts to degree that is unacceptable the price is £££. I also feel you tried to deceive me with the changing of the windscreen pump...we both know it never needed changed.I am open to dialogue from you.

Used AutoHaus for steering rack replacement (£3k job) on C7 RS6, stage 2 tuned. When returned to me the car had been flashed back to stock. AutoHaus deny any responsibility. Like I don?t know my car and what the tuned vs stock is like? My own VCDS scan showed the last ECU flash date when they had the car yet they still deny that they have done anything and were absolutely no help whatsoever in rectifying the issue. Cost me £800 to put back. Avoid.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had autohaus tune my previous performance car and loved the work they done then, so it was ofcourse my first choice for the servicing and fittment of performance parts for my new M2 Competition. They are very professional and the work done was 5 star. Car felt new again and the induction kit and lowering spring fittment was done perfectly. Cant wait to get the car back there for more work to be done.Services: Oil change

Unfortunately for me this is a poor 'indy' repairer for my TT. In no way do they provide the level of service and expertise they claim on their website. They claim to be able to repair complex repairs/faults yet I was back and forth with a knocking from the front of my car. Their first repair of £360 failed, then another £400 for the entire front-anti-roll bar to be replaced that also failed to fix the issue so their diagnosis of the problem was obviously inaccurate. When I did complain they offered to replace my anti-roll bar they removed and refund £187! So that told me they got my £400 plus my existing anti-roll bar which obviously had nothing wrong with it. Complete rip off.To make matters worse, the courtesy car the gave me had not been checked as I had a Tyre go flat whilst driving, this happened at 20:00, this was due to excessive wear - you could see the cords through the rubber - there were no instructions/number for what to do if their courtesy car broke down within the vehicle. My recoverer confirmed - as did autohaus themselves on return of the car - the Tyre was totally worn. What if this had happened at 70mph on a motorway? Totally negligent, worse was their attitude to this which was no interest at all in my concerns. The Manager just kept saying he knew his stuff as he was manager at Arnold Clark for years, ok, so how does that make you an Audi specialist then and obviously a bad manager if that is your attitude to customers. They had also previously replaced my brakes for me changing the brake pipes which was also unnecessary and my brakes have been terrible since, way too slow to respond, way too soft.I do not recommend this repairer, they do not provide the service or possess the expertise they claim according to their information on their website.Services: Steering & suspension replacement
