After waiting in a queue to use the self-serve checkouts, and you want a carrier bag, you must get one from the kiosk, (where there is always another queue..) totally defeating the purpose of said self serve checkouts.

Love this big store! It has a lot more variety compared to local smaller Co-op chain stores.

It's really OK for small store. Quite expensive but for quick shopping not bad. Customers service good.

Staff can't use the lottery machine. Lottery slips that my mum has used for years to put on her lottery come to £50 when all scanned. Was told it came to £32, meaning half the tickets had not been scanned. When I pointed this out I was treated like I'd grown two heads and told they were all scanned. Refused to rescan and the young girl working the till hadn't a clue what she was doing, even forgot to give me laminated slips back. So I said to void them all...this was met with huffing and puffing and bluster from the guy at the till next to the lady. Went to costcutter and lo and behold the staff are competent enough to scan a bar code. Mistakes happen, bad attitude shouldn't. Lucky I'm not local to the area. Avoid.

It is close to my house and beautiful. My daughter enjoys going there. He wants to go on a co-op trip every day after the daycare center. I can't break it either.

Too expensive especially in this retail climate with the Pandemic and lockdowns going on, even their own make stuff is way more expensive than Tesco, Asda or Morrisons and with the likes if Lidl and Aldi's getting better and better all the time I'm surprised anybody gives the Co-op their money.

Did my 1st Coop Click n Collect today. Sadly I felt it didn't go well. The idea of click n collect during a pandemic is that it means you don't have to go into the store. Well not at the Coop. You have to go in, queue at the till, then ask the person behind the counter, who then radios her colleague. I was left hanging around at the till and eventually a lady came along carrying several bags of shopping. Had I realised it wouldn't be delivered in a trolley then I would have taken one into the store with me. For someone with disabilities like myself this wasn't a satisfactory Click n Collecr as I struggled out to the car with all my bags of shopping. Sorry, but you will need to improve the customer experience before I will do another Coop Click n Collect.
