Banks in Lochgilphead, Scotland

“we love our local Clydesdale bank. BUT............... how sad it is that you cannot speak to anybody from that branch.....you have to speak to a call centre.....not nice.....you cannot even email them directly....not nice.....want to make an appointment for Monday but....i do not want to speak to yet another person from a call centre.....what would happen if my husband have to speak to the bank in Kirkwall. he does not do paperwork (an accountant does that or his wife) and he does not do computers.....i am soooo fed up with call centres.....”

“Happy with bank, staff very pleasant but would suggest a sign stating Parking for Bank Customers Only out front. The other day a couple were having a picnic in their campervan in the parking area! As I am disabled with mobility issues I would have had to park a distance away which was not possible so I did not use the bank.”
