I had to call up about an x ray result 10 days after the test. Was told the Dr needed to talk to me about the result, so I asked for an appointment, was given one for 44 days later!I said I would take a telephone appointment instead to get the results quicker to be told that was what I was being offered in 44 days time.I did eventually get a call back from a Dr but only after I made a fuss about it.Terrible service and terrible attitudes. From the top down.

My wife suffered from long COVID problems for 6 months post COVID last year and struggled to get any support from the surgery. Despite calling for appointments due to no sleep, nausea, breathing difficulty and other symptoms she could not get an appointment. When she rang with severe breathing issues the ANP said she would arrange steroids but this was cancelled by a GP who had never spoke to my wife. After 3 weeks she finally seen a GP and was told she should have come earlier as she had pneumonia. The lack of support including that which the Scottish NHS say will be given to long COVID sufferers affected my wife's mental health. She has now just got over a second bout of COVID and has started to see similar symptoms as last year. She filled in an e consult and was told to go to a pharmacy, they in turn referred her back to the GP. Another e consult resulted in her having to call for an appointment which she was given in 4 weeks! NHS pays this company to provide a GP service and they regularly fail in this.

Think practice needs to do some extra training in cancer symptoms instead of being so dismissive. Family member had call saying nothing wrong all ok from GP. After ignorong GP diagnosis, we went to Dr Grays, case was referred to ARI and family member told they had 6 months... LUCKILY after kidney removal and some other cleaning up inside.. Now cancer free and coming home tomorrow... If we had listened to the dismissive nature of Moray coast GP it would have been too late. Not the only misdiagnosis of cancer... Friend kept going with blatant stomach cancer symptoms and told nothing wrong with her. Unfortunately, she passed away as it was too late when diagnosed by hospital. Stop being so dismissive and listen to your patients.. A quick Google search by ourselves told us to get a second opinion... We shouldn't have had to..

Had a procedure done and consultant said my Doc would call me to discuss going forward. No one called so phoned in and spoke with a practice nurse and enquired about talking with my Doc. She said ?you should know what you have to do? so doesn?t look like my Doc is gonna call me. I didn?t know they had moved to refer their patients to Google to help themselves ????. Am very upset and confused ??My Doc is very good though am hoping she will call.

Wait in line on phone for twenty mins going from 4th in line right down to first then automated voice message says line is too busy and hangs up. Then can't get through because line now too busy and won't except call. This happens often.

Absolutely useless. One worried mum because her son split his head outside and fell on the ground and only what reception says was oh don't come because you are not register here. Absolutely shocking!!! Poor 4 years old boy and one worried mum. Don't use them they are absolutely useless!!!!

I have attended Moray coast medical practice 2 to 3 times per week since April 2014 because of a serious autoimmune condition. On the whole I have found the staff to be excellent, extremely friendly and helpful and respectful of my feelings when I'm having a bad day.The nurses always go above and beyond and Ben the nurse practitioner is an absolute angel. As with all places there are some staff better than others but the care and attention of the others make up for it.Have to add that the receptionists often get a hard time, but they dont deserve it. They are doing a job, and in my opinion doing it very well.Covid hasn't changed their high standards even if it has made seeing them a bit harder.

Absolute disgrace. Manager of practice lied and fabricated information on my medical records. Literally entered made up statements onto them. She did not give me all the information I legally requested as she should have. Purposely withholding information which was a legal requirement to hand over! Shouldn't be managing the practice with that kind of attitude towards patient's. She's not even a medical professional so why she's writing entries on my medical records I have no idea! Have been at 12 different practices due to moving and this is by far the worst one I have EVER been to. Unfortunately though, nothing will change as Moray are still short of funding. Goes to show you get who you pay for I guess! (Lower wages for poorer staff!).

Premium numbers cost an arm & a leg to have to keep holding the line on a mobile phone, disgusting how there are only 2 options in such a busy Surgery, they need to have more available, I was 3rd in line for over 20 minutes, ridiculous!
