Like 99.9% of the visitors, I arrived here because of the Jacobite. I didn't actually take the Jacobite itself but just the regular Scotrail, which runs the same route without the fancy decor and at a fraction of the cost. Very expensive. £30 for two bowls of soup and two hot drinks. We wondered why it was quiet. The soup (cullen skink) was alright, but nothing to write home about. We later found a cafe, around the corner, selling cullen skink for half the price.
