I have worked for Home Instead for almost 8 years, I started as a care professional caring for our clients for 5 years, I met some lovely clients and their families who needed support at home during this time. I progressed in my role to a senior care professional to help support our office team. The opportunities to progress within Home Instead is recognised and I am supported by the management team. I am now a Client Experience lead and oversee our wonderful clients from the initial consultation, I enjoy my role immensely, gained valuable knowledge and work with the best team.

I have worked with Home Instead for over 4 years as a Care Professional, Senior Care Professional and now I'm a Client Experience Lead. I'm in my 60's now - and I LOVE my job! The team at Glasgow North are a joy to work with, and everyone is so supportive of each other. It's hard work, but extremely rewarding. Irrespective of what job you start with at Home Instead - Progression is an option for everyone. I have not regretted joining Home Instead, and can actually look forward to going to work - and yes, even on a Monday!!!

My Parents and family really value the service care givers provide, they become an extension of your own family. Not only do they look forward to their daily visits to aid and support them in their daily requirements and needs but it's a daily chance to connect and chat with their care givers. Catch up on what's happening and just have a good old chat which in itself is such a comfort and remedy . You just cant beat the one to one interaction, thank you for everything

Special thanks to everyone involved with care, when we needed extra support nothing was too much trouble, we requested someone to stay overnight and the team really came to our aid
