Decor is a little rundown but I?ve found the staff nice and professional especially after you get to know them.

Unhelpful and terrible customer service. It is my nearest post office, but will try to avoid using their services again.

Not experienced any rudeness, just had good interactions. Really appreciate the long opening hours as I work.

Total joke the customer service in this place and an insult to the beautiful town of Milngavie. Rude, ignorant, insulting, extremely unhelpful who overcharge you deliberately and also due to complete laziness and incompetence. Wake up UK Post Office managers and listen to customers complaints and hire decent staff. An insult to Milngavie this post office.

The man is so grumpy it?s actually funny, then one day he said ?Vunderbar? and it made me chuckle. Rollercoaster of emotions in there.

Visited to post a parcel today. Guy serving was extremely rude. Never said please or thank you, just stared at me with hostility. I was polite throughout. Completely mental and totally unacceptable behaviour.

Yup, very shady folks. This sign right here you may miss and you walk in and the information is not by the printer. Nor are accurate instructions. And it's £1 per side. I should have refused to pay, but it was super urgent. And also: if your print has so much as a dot of colour on it, its counted as a £1 colour print. So, borderline illegal and trading standards really ought to be notified.Update: East Dunbartonshire Trading Standards have told me they will visit on an 'advice' basis. Serves them right.Edit: went in a few weeks ago and they were very efficient and not rude at all. So must be what mood you catch them in. Added a star onto my review.

I don't understand these bad reviews. I recently moved to the area and needed help with a couple of things. The two gentlemen couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. Their friendliness and positive attitude made me day.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Went in to send a parcel and got nothing but attitude for no reason. Won't be going back and The Post Office should be reviewing who they give franchises to.

Extremely rude. I asked if I can complain about some issue and he shouted at me "take off your mask I can not hear". He could not let me speak and I felt bullied. He was shouting while my baby in the pram was near me. It was so awful that I cried after the visit.

I wouldn't even give them one star, but there's no option for zero stars. I was there a few days ago - they were so unhelpful and patronising.I went in to ask something & potentially post a parcel to relatives down south - there was just one man at the shop till & I asked if the Post Office was closed (it looked like it was), to be told no and another man appeared out of the blue and started badgering me as though I had inconvenienced him.I wondered if they had a middle sized parcel bag, as I had one far too small and one too big for what I wanted to send right away. He told me no, that was the standard size (not true) and I would have to fold the bag over - like I didn't know that already.I still needed to write the address and he was like "Oh, you need to write down the address" - as though I had never posted anything before, like I was some eejit or a daft wee lassie. He didn't even give me a chance to tell him that my pen had run out of ink. He didn't even offer me a pen, the possibility of printing a label or any type of service. The two small counters were blocked by a barrier, so I couldn't use it to fold the parcel bag - I attempted to do it against myself, which was difficult because of the contents in the parcel bag. May I point out that there was also no offer to remove the barrier for me?!In the end, I gave up. I just said that it'll be easier to go back to the car, do it there as I would have room and that I would be back in a minute - I didn't go back.Even when I was leaving, he was like "Yeah okay, bye!!" He barely looked at me, he was far more interested in looking at something on his phone & started showing it to his colleague - not impressed. Now I know there's a pandemic still, but call me old fashioned - surely you can still be nice & helpful to a certain degree? So I met up with my Mum at her car, told her what happened and we headed back to Drymen (where she lives) and used the Post Office there - who couldn't have been more helpful and got my parcel away without a hitch. They even let me use some tape.I had used the Milngavie branch before as I had relatives who lived in the area, but it's nothing like what it was before - very basic shop floor, with very little stock & rude staff. Also, neither of the men were wearing masks!! AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Rudest staff member I have ever experienced. Visited today 29/9/2020 to return a parcel and the man behind the counter (who I believe may be the owner named Raj) gave the worst service I have ever experienced. He didn?t even say a word to me the whole transaction, merely pointed at the parcel for me to give him it and then flung the receipt back at me. Don?t give them the business. Appalling.
