Absolute disgrace of a company they tell so many lies one tells yes the there are notes on the computer another tells you there is not, when you ask for the manuscript of the phone call yes they have it but wasn't working properly and when they say they will phone you back and they dont, and my daughter was promised a replacement phone and as "there are no notes" or "recorded message" what chance have you got, it's now in the hands of Trading Standards. Unfortunately I couldn't write this review without putting in 1 star cause they certainly don't deserve any stars they should be ashamed of themselves

Atrocious customer service ...held in handset for repair on 28th July 2016 still under warranty after over 5 hours of calls/live chat still not got replacement handset . Having to repeat every detail every time you make contact ...needless to say no contact being made by them . After several years as a customer seriously considering closing my account now
