“Regular customer especially in the late hours after 12 I have supringly found the jet to be cheapest for cigarettesOnly issue I tend to have is when a certain female member of staff is on night shift this can be because filling up for fuel you can wait a while and I never quite understood why, this was until I started walking down sometimes normally around 1 or 2am you would notice the same female in the back office or the odd time sitting in the front cupboard having a nap. I am not the type to report this sort of thing because mainly I have done my share of nightshirts in a job where a full week every 10 was manditory and I was often known to take a turn with colleagues having a hour here and there. What has caused me to now feel the need to leave a review is the constant very poor customer service, I have literally never saw this woman smile for over a year, plus to make matters worse I at times feel like my visit is unwelcome by the manor I am spoken to like or the fact that sweeping up or stacking a shelf must be completed before I can be served, I have made the mistake of pressing the press for attention button because I just couldn't imagine someone would have left a customer outside at the window so long but I now know better to wait as I'm simply just impatient. Also I would recommend anyone who planning to buy several items to know exactly what you want and that you will have enough to cover it as this jet garage member of staff will only do 1 trip to the shop floor and back but will do 2 but if you think oh I still have another 2 pound left I might get some more chocolate think again you will be told "is that everything because am not going back out there!"So at first I laughed and said are you not I was asked " do you need a bag?"This may sound either like I'm being petty or perhaps far fetched but why not go check this out in the early Am and trust me you will soon see and know who it is as the other 2 staff that can sometimes be on are totally different 1 a friendly talkitive male and the other is a bit quieter but still polite female.If you think the sleeping or " I am not going back out" is just a joke you will soon see.Rant over”
