Think twice before you buy a car from motherwell branch been try to get a key for my audi a5 for over a month finally got to speak to sales person and was told out of his hand there's nothing he can do and can't tell me when I will be getting key said that it went to someone upthe ladder phone about a dozen times today the girls on reception were great put through to sales team on hold for 28 mins in total after having to phone back 3 times after someone picks up phone and puts it down was looking for car for my son won't be peter vardy got my money no interest now

Motherwell dealership is the worst by far! Couldn?t give a toss about you or any problems with the car once they?ve got the sale, try to avoid fixing anything at any cost, then after trying to get a hold of them for weeks and getting passed about and blaming other staff for communication problems they do a dodgy fix on your car and the problem comes back a few weeks later, avoid at all costs. Most useless staff ever and the higher up it problem goes with management the worse it gets.

My son in law bought a jaguar from them months ago and has had nothing but trouble since purchase. He also purchased the additional warranty the salesman offered to him. Multiple warning lights come on intermittently and when Vardy couldn't fix it, after much persuasion they sent it to a Jaguar dealer however the issues do not appear to be sorted. The warning lights are very serious particularly as he has to transport a newly born baby. The far has been unusable longer than he drove it and hes at the end of his tether with them due to broken promises and non return of calls and e.mails. Very poor service from such a large company..

Don?t like this company. Nothin nice to say about yous cause once you buy the car they don?t care, this companies all about making money off dodgy deals then they leave you to deal with their high interest/overpriced cars which Ofcourse have other issues alongside? should?ve just bought directly off Audi or bmw biggest mistake of my life. I hope this company shuts down

Went to Peter Vardy Motherwell on Saturday to look for a new car. Neil couldn?t have been more helpful and very patient. Went through different options of cars and although I had an idea in my head of what I wanted and after test driving 2 completely different types of cars I went for the opposite of what I had in mind originally. Neil and his manager were brilliant with us and explained all the car options and finance options. Have just been and collected the new car and again Neil was great. Several staff spoke to us and they were all really nice. Would highly recommend!!

bought a hyundai tucson 2021.was a 2019 model was told any problems they would deal with it just to give them a call.the car had only done 14,000 miles.3 month into driving the car the oil light came on when checked there was basically no oil in it.i spoke to David who said give us a call if anything goes wrong with it.the alarm bells should have rang thensaid that I had to take it to hyundai as it only had a 3 month warranty with them.so basically they never looked at it I had to get someone else to check it.the car has had 2 coil packs fitted ..02 sensors fitted ..full set of injectors fitted.now I have been told the catalytic convertor is to b replaced and the car has only done 31,665 miles..warranty company wont fix it because won't fix it as peter vardy has sent 2 invoices for servicesboth 2020 and 2021 they have set the mileage back to 1 on both years and not logged what oil they used.now they won't answer us all we get is someone will phone u back.please please do not use this company.we have had no car now for 14 weeks.???

Poor customer serviceUnfortunately not a good one. I went in there to look at trading a car in against another car, walked in and the person on the welcome desk didn't even look up. I walked around inside looking at what cars they had and not one person acknowledged I was there, I even walked around outside looking at what was there. It must of been around 20-30 minutes in the end I gave up and left...I'll go elsewhere to look now.

Bought a car today assisted by Craig and Lisa. Both very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and patient. Very friendly, smooth service, and didn't feel pressurised at any point (always a concern for me when buying a car). Thank you so much for helping us find our perfect car.

I regret to say that my experience with Peter Vardy has been extremely disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to address ongoing issues with my car, I have been met with incompetence and lack of communication from their service department. Despite entrusting them to fix the same problem multiple times, the issue persists, causing significant inconvenience and frustration. I cannot recommend Peter Vardy based on my experience.
