I was in yesterday and bought two large helium balloons for my daughter. one was a unicorn and as we left the store it came off string. I went back in to be told they wouldn't replace even though neither had clearly been tied properly as I tugged gently on the other and had came loose aswell. my daughter is 4 and was devastated.... read full comment
