Very good customer service. Barry was very helpful in initial purchase of bed and organising delivery , and when there was a small issue with the bed he helped organise a replacement headboard.

Amazing costumer service!!! From the moment we show up at the Newbridge showroom until we had our mattress delivery can?t fault Grove Bedding . Barry and Marion went the extra mile to make sure we choose the right mattress without any pressure and the usual dodgy sales techniques that we have experienced when visiting the usual high street ?specialists?. Also the delivery team we?re very professional and polite. 100% recommended.

I cannot praise Grove Bedding highly enough, I was flooded and had to replace my mattress, I then had to wait several months before getting it delivered, everyone made me feel like it was no trouble for them at all, (it must have been) I felt that this was true customer service at its very best. I have always rated the products, now I want to take the time to rate the staff. Thank you for your care and attitude.

The store manager offers a very complete product. We were able to purchase Hypnos Matrices here at reasonable prices. However, it is a little uncomfortable that the mattress smells of animal hair.

I?m a support worker for adults with disabilities. I have to say Bernadette was absolutely amazing very patient with the young person I was supporting made the whole shopping experience a very positive one. So can?t recommend Bernadette and Grove Bedding highly enough. And the quality of the Mattress and bedding was lovely.

Sophie that served me today had a lovely welcoming attitude she was very high standard of product information also gave 100% customer servis also Bernadette came and spoke to me and was happy to see me return for other products will definitely reccomend to my friends and family

Needed a mattress as an emergency. Enquired on a Sunday, via online chat, and was told stock was available, and could be delivered next day. Put an order in and sure enough it arrived at 8:50 am next morning. Excellent service will deal again. Thanks to all at Grove bedding.
