  Do not work for this company !!! Bent over backwards for them. Was called early one Sunday and shouted at that I wasn't allowed to speak to other members of staff about work and that I would be where I was told to be when I was told to be there even though I choose my own hours ! 0 hours contract with me providing availability. Also after doing management a favour and collecting a client paperwork was told we were collectively taking the piss so I went home to then receive a message saying if they didn't get the paperwork police would be phoned and myself charged after I'd already given it to another member of staff to give to her. Be very wary of them !!!!!

  Lovely clients and great wee runs. Never a dull moment in this job. Collegues were great - very supportive. Management staff were awful. I felt bullied and was treated very badly. They pushed you to cover shifts.. but I would never see any of the bosses go out and actually do a shift. They let some service users go in a time where they really needed the care, and I have seen many of their staff smoking in front of clients houses and on shift (2 in the past week). I loved my job but hated how the company was run. Would not recommend.
