Every time I go the pharmacy is closed for lunch and can?t sell over the counter medicines. So I just go straight to Superdrug now.

Some of the Staff (senior manager and others) have displayed racist behaviour towards me. This has happened on two separate occasions. It is the occult form where one?s tone and body language and eye contact communicate disrespect and that ignorant ?I don?t want to treat you with basic human dignity because I hate your skin colour and everything I?ve been taught to hate about people like you?. People often say this is the most difficult form of racism to address and it is true. But I?m exposing it anyway. And don?t respond that you can?t possibly be racist ?because you have a ?black? member of staff?. That in itself would also be racist. Do better

I put a couple of films in to get developed, and they destroyed them. When I went back to collect them, they had them lying in a tray soaking wet, and when they told me that they had wrecked them, they didn't even apologise for it. I think they should train people to have a better attitude if they are going to deal with the public.

Tried to return an unwanted unopened gift set as it did not contain any of the products I use. I wanted to purchase more expensive products not a refund but the manager would not give a refund as I did not have a gift receipt. Marks & Spencer's refunded two products without gift receipts and gave vouchers as replacements. Poor show from Boots 1 star customer service.
