Made an appointment to change joint account, both account holders had to attend , first appointment was 16 days later. We arrived at 9.55 ,we advised a member of staff we had appointment. The member of staff went through security door, returned and said she had told person we were due to meet we had arrived and that she was on a call. We waited till 10.25 and said to same member of staff ,we cannot wait any longer, she really couldn't have cared less! I asked to speak to a manager I was told not available , I asked for contact number and was told just contact the contact center ,I asked for number again.....same answer. Totally shocking customer service!

Stopped me making a payment overseas. Even though I am an educated women and perfectly capable of making sensible decisions, the bank manager apparently decides what you can and can't spend your money on. Outrageous! Thinking of moving to another bank.

I was desperate for English notes. I walked in and this friendly member of staff asked how she could help. She pointed me to the left ATM which dispenses English notes. Thank you!

Website says its open at 930, show up at 930 and it's closed so I waited 10 minutes and still not open. Sign on door states its closed Saturday. Lights are on but nobody is in

Staff in bank can be rude and patronising. Some customer service training would go a long way in here. They assume your meant to know how everything works and make you feel uncomfortable. Would terminate account if it wasn?t for the mobile app which I think is good.

Appalling customer service! Hiding behind covid which, in this instance is just a convenient excuse for justifying what is pure and utter staff incompetence. I would strongly advise against using this branch....ever!

Great service by the staff, but still do not understand why they chose to have the building isolated from the nearby centre. A long walk, or pay one pounds fifty to park in the nearby car park!
