Went in to collect bed sheets took 20 mins for one small item. Wasn’t busy only 2 other people inside the store.

staff do not help here they will never refund you I had a £500 watch that was broken when I got it they refused to refund me phoned the other store so i could not go there as when I went they said they had a phone call saying I cannot refund you in the end I just waited 5 or so days then returned somewhere else as its... read full comment
