Bad treatment. I bought a phone and was prevented from even touching it. For your information, it was used. I went back a day later to return it. It was rejected. I will not deal with them.

Same as Cash Convertors and that kind of place..... pay you buttons for it, give it a clean and put it out at a huge markup.Not complaining, just how it works.At least the staff stay behind the counter and don't keep asking if you need help. Always good to have a browse for games, tablets, phones, cameras.... whatever they get in really.

Excellent customer service fixed my issue straight away I have been going to cex ever since it opened I've never had a problem I will be using them again definitely and have already recommended cex to friends and family 10 out of 10 Excellent staff ? Always enjoy a rummage through CeX when I get to Paisley. Nice big shop so never feels all cramped in like some others i go to. Loads of stock in especially lately seems to be an upsurge or stuff bring dropped in. Got a few wee bargains when I was there. Kids love the dvd section and im more a retro collector so a few ps2, ps3 & megadrive games where bought that day. Good day out and nice to see bargains can still be found out with the usual Ebay purchasing ???
