The delivery Team of Scs worth zero! Can't understand why when they deliver large items like sofas, they don't bring a trolley at all! They failed to deliver my sofa twice, I moved home recently received lots of furniture, but only Scs failed like this! The first crew of drivers Jason and John couldn't deliver my sofa on 20th May, said will pass the problem to their office, will deliver my sofa with a smaller van which could easier parking, and promised to bring a trolley next time. They took serval pictures as well. And when I spoke to the person who rearrange my delivery, I double checked with her, she confirmed they received the pictures, and I also mentioned the next drivers must bring a trolley nor they won't deliver the sofa. I believe the staff understand what I mean. However, today, just 3rd June, the second crew came, one driver' s name is Konrad which I can only see from the email.I didn't receive any call from the drivers before they coming, I just received a 'notice' that they couldn't deliver today again, they didn't bring a trolley, they still drove a large truck. They said they didn't receive any note of the delivery problem. I was really shocked and angry. I paid £99 for the delivery but can't receive my sofa twice, just because they didn't bring a stupid trolley and can't walk down to my flat although it's just 1 minute away. I would rather return the sofa although I have waiting for it 3 and half months. But when I looked into terms and conditions, I found their terms is: ?If we are unable to arrange a delivery date that is within 28 days of receipt we may have to cancel your Order and deduct a charge for our reasonable administration, transit and storage costs from your refund. That charge will be no more than 25% of the Contract price of the Products (that is the purchase price but not the delivery charges which will be refunded in full).?Just be aware of all the terms and conditions before you purchase from SCS, or maybe you will lose lots of money.I'm now waiting for Scs to reply if they accept my return or if they may arrange another delivery 'successfully' ASAP. Let's see?

Have an ongoing problem with this company for nearly two years and they are still giving me problems. Will never again buy anything from SCS , absolutely incompetent and terrible customer service. Do not even deserve the one star

Large range of sofas and suites at reasonable prices. Small carpet selection on offer as well. Staff are great and don't pester you while you are browsing but are always on hand if you need information as well.

Scs Paisley very nice to your face when handing over your hard earned money but when you want to cancel your order because they can?t deliver on time it all becomes obvious how they really think about the sales person Allison I spoke to about cancellation of my order was totally ignorant one of the worst human beings I?ve had to deal with when buying anything I?ve been told by Allison that if I cancel my order I?ve lost my deposit they?re the one that will be 3 weeks late on delivery so I guess I?ve just handed over £275 for nothing so my advice to anyone thinking about buying anything from this company please please please don?t as the staff have a disgusting attitude very 2 faced

Some realy nice couches but the prices are over inflated. I saw a couch in nov I wanted and when I went back in Dec its priced was increased by 500 pounds to which they denied. And once you order it there is no cancellation. Nice layout of the shop though. Some staff are quite friendly and some do not listen and get your details wrong.

Great service from Stuart today after a short time with Stuart's advice I bought a new suite price was excellent and delivery time was explained and suited my timescale.

DON?T BUY ANYTHING AT ALL, WORST SERVICE !!This is the worst Furniture Shop I had faced in my life, DON?T BUY anything from here.I had bought one recliner sofa 15 days back by paying £1500 and I noticed some of the defects in next 10 days so one of the technician had come and I told them everything and he was logging everything into his iPad and put my comments like Customer is not satisfied with the sofa, either replace it or fix it.Later when technician submitted the report , he didn?t mention anything at all to their team, WHAT THE PATHETIC SERVICE THAT IS !

Been here twice within a few weeks time. Service is utter garbage.The team is concerned about their chit chat instead of approaching the customer and offering help and advice.No wonder consumers are opting to online.

My new suite got delivered and I absolutely love it. I had just one issue and went into the Paisley store and spoke to Stuart who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He sorted everything out really quickly and with no fuss. I left the store a very happy customer. Thank you.

After sales from this furniture group is appalling. All furniture arrived damaged and when I complained the lady on complaints desk told me that SCS don't deal with customer complaints and told me to contact the manufacturer, and then hung up on me. It took several weeks and help from a legal team to resolve this issue.I would not recommend shopping with the SCS group.
