A fantastic business to deal with.You never really know how good a company is until you need their support with a problem/refund/return. We had a Vango tent purchased from Summits that developed a manufacturing fault. Anna dealt with the issue seamlessly and with great communication. From raising the issue to getting a replacement tent took less than 5 days and all I had to do was hand the old tent to a delivery driver.Refreshingly great customer service and Summits will now be the first website I look for my outdoor purchases.

Great shop! Justin helped out massively when looking for a new Gore-Tex jacket. Had good brands in stock and a good sale on when I was in. Went for a Mountain Equipment jacket and it?s been perfect so far. There is cheap street parking near the shop too. Thank you! :)

I would like to say a massive Thank you to Anna,I ordered a shelter to fit a tent connector. The two items did not connect,Anna went above and beyond to solve this issue. Her customer service and communication was absolutely fantastic.

Despite living under 40 minutes away, I never knew this store existed until I discovered them through eBay and preferring to visit an actual store I decided to visit them directly.I checked beforehand and the eBay prices were exactly the same as on their website and in-store so this assured me there was no taking advantage at play.When I visited the store the staff knew exactly what I was looking for, had it to hand, were knowledgeable and had no issues with me trying the items.I seldom give top marks for anything as there's always room for improvement but as I can't fault these guys I have to give full marks.If you can visit the store then I would urge you to do so as they explained that they absorb the postage costs without passing this on to online orders, which I find superb in this day in age.Overall, a brilliant independent shop that I will now make as my go-to for my future purchases.

Item was shipped very quickly. Unfortunately the courier company had issues and didn?t deliver my parcel. Summits was quick to resolve this and get the parcel back out, with also great communication. They seem like a fantastic team. Really nice company.

Ordered a pair of ski boots from Summits. Received the wrong pair of boots due to a stock error but was very quick to resolve the issue. Shipping was very quick and customer service brilliant.
