Extremely disappointed from the beginning of the tenancy to now. House was inhabitable on move in. Further more I request a Manager/ Director to come back to me via my email I sent to yourselves today as the property manager agreed to meet me at the house today, but was a no show.

Asked me to pay 6 months rent as deposit which is illegal in Scotland, which I had to inform them of. Took a full month to process my tenancy application because of poor communication on their end. Would not recommend if you can help it.
