I took my car in for an MOT and even though it failed, the video I got explaining why was well detailed. The kind staff (Tracy) helped guide me through the repairs journey. Staff were all courteous and polite while trying to get the best result for me. Most the work was covered on my auto care plan and they offered me a payment plan for part of the work I had to cover allowing me to spread the cost. Great service I would recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Arnold Clark receiving my first car. They made the experience stress free and quick. Emma is a wonderful, friendly and understanding worker who always ensured i was happy with the vehicle and decisions being made regarding it. She went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Perth Arnold Clark they have amazing customer service. Thank you again Emma, we appreciate your hard work!!

You can see why this company known across Scotland as "Arnold Shark"!Perth Citroen were asked to replace lost keys and program the car. It took over 11 weeks to get the parts delivered as they ordered a discontinued part, 6 hours to do a 1 hour job (confirmed by Inverness Citroen) and still didn't program it. At this point they replaced the immo box (which wasn't faulty) and then suggested the ECU was faulty and wanted £138 + four hours labour to continue.We also had to get the car to the garage at which point it was rejected as it wasn't booked in. This is despite us telling the Parts Team that we were going to do that.As you can imagine, we were very angry with the suggestion! The car was starting briefly and the shutting off.After speaking with Toyota who manufacture the actual part and Inverness Citroen, it was suggested that the car needs a minimum of two master keys and the car was shutting off because it only had one.The Franchise Manager didn't want to entertain the suggestion and told us to go elsewhere.This has been the worst customer service experience and we despite being "Arnold Shark" customers before, we will no longer be again!Edit: We took the car to Kevin Pirie & Son in Dundee and they fixed the car in just over an hour. It was exactly what we suggested to "Arnold Shark".

Friendly team and the car got a great service. Even with our free servicing and mot we got with our car earlier this year we had the fear that they would "find" something to fix, but they were very honest and did an outstanding job!! thanks

We ( Aussies) were travelling with a Citroen hire car which lost a segment of its wheel trim. Initial contact by email with a Parts Apprentice proved to be fruitless. We happened a week or so later to be passing the dealership and made a spur of the moment decision to drop in and ask in person if it was possible to order the part, so that we would avoid any major Insurance claim.The General Manager, Bobby Berwick went out of his way to oblige. He involved Craig Lindsay the Parts Manager who followed up and was able to source the part and have it fitted ( thanks Sam) within 24 hours. We were able to carry on with our journey AND return the car to Avis in top condition for minimal cost. Thank you to you all - above and beyond!
