Great regret for using their service.I paid for major service but some service item been found missing! And my engine plate was missing after MOT service been done at their centre.Fair enough, I?m a beginner about car, the fault made by them experience me a lot. But I will only suggest people visit them if they are knowledgeable.

Very friendly and efficient service. Fixed items required for MOT and solved another small issue quickly. Now associated with Halfords. Very happy, good location also, will use them again. Thanks guys.

Rude staff even though I approached the staff with my own polite personality. Didn't feel welcomed and it hurt to give them the money, wich was expensive. So overall a bad experience and a expensive one at that, would not recommend this place to be honest

Had two new tyres fitted at £150 each, and neither had a valve cap put onto the, presumably, new valves. Had assumed this was a given, so not at all satisfied with the inefficient service.

Really disappointing attitude from person at the desk. Why would you treat customers with such contempt? Straightforward questions and comments were met with snide, sneering responses. All I wanted was a car battery replaced and I would have been happy to do it at any cost just to get my car fixed and running but not at the expense of being made to feel so uncomfortable.

Halford McConechys were absolute stars today. I broke down on A9 and after RAC made a temporary fix, the team at Halfords McConechys made arrangements to get the part I needed and pulled out all the stops to get me on the road as quickly as possible because they knew I had a heck of a long way to go still, and it was already 1430.Many thanks to the team for helpful and out of the ordinary service.

Called early one morning to make sure that they had a new battery for my car which they did. It was fitted and I was on my way within 30 mins of arriving despite having to remove the airbox to do so. Nice guys and competent.
