“It’s a simple thing. But I went to buy a bunch of brushes for varnishing some doors. But the northern Irish guy advised me not to get the ones I picked out because they needed to be better quality brushes for the job I was doing. And he said he wouldn’t feel comfortable selling them as they’re not in the business of ripping people off which was a really nice touch.”
