Was here for a social stay. Staff were on hand to not only sort out my daft questions about parking outwith booking in time. Someone on the desk from 3pm for booking in.Room and bathroom were very clean.

Stayed 4 nights over Christmas. Breakfast was fantastic and huge choice - poached eggs on demand to perfection. Very helpful, friendly staff. Superb location. Quiet.

Mmm, bed had hairs in it, ( got asked to leave while they fixed it) family room small bed not made up, Pillowcases inside out. headboard torn. Room a bit grubby, staff rushed, and 1 was a bit clueless (only 2) ordered a drink with meal and had to ask when meal arrived if I was getting my drinks. Morning staff... read full comment
