Always a pleasure to shop here, it is like visiting family. Arthur and family can't do enough for you, from suggestions on products, carrying heavy purchases outside to the car and generally being welcoming a d friendly. A hard working family who deserves success.

This is a cracking shop for travellers. It is compact but has just about everything you would be looking for, and the hot food is great which is why you nearly always see lorries parked outside. But it is small and no use if you have a disability. You will struggle to get in and the lighting is non too great, so any problem with your sight and you won't see a thing in there. But the food is good and fresh cooked, and that is hard to beat. I would like to give it more stars but I feel that I have to give a fair assessment overall

Small shop got everything. Fabulous and tasty hot snacks for the fattys like me lol. Best hot snack to feast on is mac n cheese chips. Stringy cheesy macaroni with fried chips.

Good truck stop

Ideal for a quick stop for papers, confectionery and fresh cooked hot food and drink. Very popular with the locals and with lorry drivers and the price is very reasonable. Only downside is the size, it is a bit cramped for space but it is an old building with no room for improvement so that has to be taken into account. Bacon rolls and sausage rolls always worth a try.
