We visited Mountain Warehouse in Pitlochry today and successfully bought what we went in for.We were served by John and he was super friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in us as customers. If every shop had someone like John it would make shopping a pleasure.Thank you John for your excellent people skills. You are a star ?

Very bad experience, 0 star. 1 guy with long hair, other tall guy work here, both are very very rude.I just checked 4 clothes, those were of not my size. I kept 3 on the same rack with hangers, I kept 1 on the same rack, all he had to do was fold the cloth but tall guy shouted at me. Do u want this? Why do u keep throwing clothes around? I told him I never threw any clothes on floor & kept it on same rack/table, he was still blabbering.I complained guy at counter with long hair & he said I should keep clothes properly & that his colleague was not rude & he was right. So, I told them they should learn how to speak to a customer & due to their behaviour I am not buying anything & I walked out.So, they expect customer to fold the cloth they tried, then what are they paid for? & All this discussion for 1 cloth/tshirt.

Fantastic helpful staff. Very welcoming shop. Mark made Milo my dogs morning. He made a huge fuss of him. He is not only a friendly salesman but also a genuine understanding dog person. It?s people like Mark who do make your day.
