Highly recommend this as an excellent budget hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Dean, on reception, was friendly, helpful and clearly looked after the building - it was an icey night and Dean made sure salt was put down.

Stayed here for 7 nights .It was very clean and very quiet. The only thing was our door would not open 3 evenings we came back and had to go to the front desk for assistance but they sirted the problem. Very affordable, and clean .I would recommend maby having a mini fridge in the room for keeping our foid we took back fresh butvapart from that I loved tstaying here.

The rooms are clean however had great difficulty getting access to the room with the plastic card, had to return to the reception and then waited 15 mins or so before someone came to assist me. The staff were friendly. Won't return as it is a bit out of the way. The price was very cheap and as I said the room was clean.

Room clean, service great. No problems. 3 min walk to a great Italian restaurant.Nearby activities: Kelpies and Falkirk Wheel nearby also canal walk.

The room was disgusting. Smelled really badly of BO. I complained & was reluctantly given another room, which was also pretty grim, but livable. There was no shower in this room, only a bathtub. Never again!!!!

Not too much to do close-by. Rooms small, windows don't open too much, even in ground floor.Service was wonderful, nice and caring people.

Very dirty corridor, looked as though it hadn't been vacuumed in a fortnight. Room basic, only one pillow, lack of coffee, milk etc. Would not stay again. Only 30 mins WiFi free
