Terrible bodyshop. Avoid if you can.Mark, the owner, has done nothing about ordering the correct paint for my car for 3 months. I have had to chase him only to be fed lies each time I call up. Promises of him calling me back, which he never does. He doesn't care about his customers, especially if it's a job he might have to make a bit of effort on. The man should not be running a business, no clue about customer care. I don't trust him with my car at all.

Used Kemnay Autobody on a few occasions and cannot fault their work and price. The most recent time was on some fiddly bits (straightening jacking sills and touching up roof gutter) colour match was perfect and can't see where it was blended. Highly recommended.

Needed a small repair done and called quite late on a Friday afternoon. The boss had a look at what was required and said he would do the job himself and to call back next day at 10am. Do not trust this business, if getting a quote for work make sure to GET IT IN WRITING. Went in to collect my car and was charged TWICE the amount quoted by the owner. All the while the vehicle repair also took twice as long as originally quoted, the time I was told my vehicle would be ready for shifted multiple times with no contact from the garage, I had to phone to confirm it was ready only to be told every time that it wasn't and a new, no more accurate, timescale to be given. When queried about the price being twice what was quoted the advisor's customer service skills were abismal. The owner was too busy to see me and take ownership of what was clearly a mistake. Until now have been a long standing customer but I could not now recommend this business to anyone given the lack of accountability or basic customer service skills. These guys have been an absolute pleasure to deal with and the job second to none. Due to injury I was unable to drive before the car was due in. They even went out of their way to collect and drop the car back to me at short notice. Nothing was too much trouble for them and it's all been so stress free. I'm so pleased.
